Seguidor tardío de la ‘Neofiguración Madrileña‘ durante los ochenta y primera mitad de los noventa, su obra sufre un vuelco al desplazar el punto de atención desde la realidad circundante hacia un universo interior representado por sugerentes formas de inspiración microscópica, celular y orgánica. En la estética de sus pinturas, realizadas en su mayoría con acrílico, subyacen cuestionamientos del propio autor en torno a aspectos de índole psicológica.
